Joseph Paduda is the founder and principal of Health Strategy Associates, a workers’ compensation and managed care consultant serving insurers, self-insured employers, technology companies and managed care organizations.

Prior to becoming a consultant, Mr. Paduda served as vice president of MetraComp, a United HealthCare Company specializing in managed care for workers’ compensation. Former employers include Travelers Health Company, Liberty Mutual, and American International Healthcare of American International Group.

Joe Paduda is a frequent speaker and published expert on the topic of managed care, especially in the area of Workers' Compensation. His articles have appeared in Business Insurance, Risk and Insurance, National Underwriter, The Journal of Workers Compensation, Florida Underwriter, Florida Insurance News, CT Business Times and a variety of other business and industry-specific publications.
