Joining Joe Paduda in this timely session are Jeff Rush, Workers’ Compensation Program Manager for California JPIA, and Jill Leonard, VP of Claims Operations with the Louisiana Workers Compensation Corporation (LWCC). Presenters highlight the risks climate change pose to workers’ comp payers. (Many of these are not readily apparent.)
